My name is Katie and I’m a recent graduate with a B.S. Nutrition.  I have a passion for food and cooking.  I’ve been an athlete for as long as I can remember, and continue to strive to reach my highest athletic potential today.  Currently I’m training for multisport events including biking, SUP, kayaking, and trail running.  I love weightlifting, CrossFit, and acrobatic yoga.

I started this blog in March 2014 because I wanted the opportunity to write more and share my ideas with others.  My goal is to publish posts that I would want to read.  Hopefully I can inspire some of you along the way!
